2. Products and Prices
The store displays product descriptions, prices, applicable VAT, and shipping fees before checkout.
Product colors, sizes, or packaging may slightly differ from the images shown due to photography, screen settings, or supplier updates. However, the store is committed to providing accurate and non-misleading product information.
The store reserves the right to update prices, offers, or product availability at any time. Such updates do not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid.
3. Orders and Payment
An order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed and the customer receives an order confirmation by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or through the website.
The store may cancel an order and refund the customer in the following cases:
- The product is out of stock.
- There is an obvious error in the product price or description.
- The customer’s shipping information is incomplete or incorrect.
- The store is unable to contact the customer to confirm required details.
- There is suspected fraudulent, unauthorized, or irregular payment activity.

4. Invoice

The store is not responsible for delivery delays caused by events outside its control, including but not limited to courier delays, incorrect addresses, force majeure events, weather conditions, public holidays, or the customer’s failure to respond to the courier.
The customer is responsible for entering the correct name, mobile number, city, and shipping address. If the shipment is returned due to incorrect information or failure to receive the order, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
6. Order Cancellation
The customer may request order cancellation before the order is shipped by contacting customer service.
If the order has already been shipped, the request will be handled according to the return policy below.
7. Return Policy
The customer may request a return subject to the following conditions:

9. Refunds

Warranty does not cover misuse, negligence, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow usage instructions.
